I premiered as a solo in Michelsen Hall in Noel Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, for a Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia American music concert with piano professor Michael Keller in the audience. It was written at the suggestion of Rochester, New York, musician Ned Corman with The Commission Project, in celebration of Eastman School of Music percussion professor John Beck's sixty-fifty birthday. I wrote it so that he can still play it when he turns eighty. I chose soprano, alto and bass chimes.</ins></div></td></tr>
