			I think this workbook is very useful for a beginner. Although I recommend that a teacher is present with the student during this workbook, I think a percussionist who can read music and understands the basics of drum set could do this on their own. At the end of this book, the student won’t be able to just jump in a jazz ensemble because they won’t know how to do fills or improvisation, but the student will easily be able to play and follow along. <br>
