Keith Terrett joined the British Army at the age of fifteen, studying cornet at the Army band school in Bovington. At 18 he becam the principal Cornet/Trumpet to the 'Band of the Queen's Royal Irish Hussars', stationed in West Germany. He has toured the USA, Cangada, Northern Ireland, France, Belgium and Holland during his service. Keith Terrett is an internationally published composer/arranger, writing in all genres from full orchestra and wind band, to stell pans and even for the harmonica and accordion! His music is published in the UK, Holland, Switzerland, the USA and Norway. As a composer/arranger, Keith Terrett is in heavy demand giving lectures in arranging and orchestration. Keith is currently teaching instrumental music to twenty schools near Cardiff, and also conducts and trains bands and orchestras.
