Silent Editions publishes content electronically, taking advantage of the growing accessibility of the internet. Combining traditional content such as musical scores and writings, we also hope to make available such features as short previews of all content, a blog and a podcast. All content is delivered electronically, allowing the consumer to receive purchased material quickly and at a substantial savings.
History
In 2007 a group of 4 composers, frustrated by a lack of high quality, affordable experimental music available from publishers, began talks to create such an outlet. Working with a group of core composers at various stages in their careers, they began collecting scores, writings and recordings.
