Program Notes

A collection of five arrangements of xylophone rags by Scott Joplin, George Hamilton Green, and Jack Van Geem. The accompaniment can be played on marimba (four hands or two hands) or on piano. The Hot Choruses are original improvisations by Jack Van Geem who recorded both the solo and accompaniment for the CD.
