Deschler All Purpose Blue Yarn Rattan
The Deschler 116 model mallets are Medium, powder blue colored yarn with a mushroom shaped head and rattan handles. This model is a good choice for vibraphone applications as well as 2 mallet marimba work where volume and a strong definition is needed.
Deschler Extra Soft Yellow Yarn Rattan Mallets
The Deschler 01 model mallets are Extra Soft, yellow colored yarn with a medium large oval head and rattan handles. This model is good for low register marimba applications and the rattan handles make this model good for all 2 mallet performance situations.
Deschler Hard Blue Yarn Rattan Mallets
The Deschler 06 model mallets are Hard, royal blue colored yarn with an average sized oval head and rattan handles. This model is a good choice for vibraphone applications where definition and projection are needed and can also be used for 2 mallet marimba passages in the upper registers.
Deschler Hard Rubber Rattan Mallets
The Deschler U3 model mallets are Hard, unwound grey rubber mallets with rattan handles. This model is good for xylophone work and for use on small and medium sized woodblocks. The U3 model also works as special effect or soft bell mallets.
