Program Notes

This work describes the flight of an emblematic traditional bird in Ecuadorian fauna: the hummingbird, also known as Quinde (coming from the Quichua languaje: Quindi) Making use of the technical resources of the contemporary marimba brings out the virtuosity of the performer who recounts the daily life of this incredible bird.
