Description
These pieces were conceived as musical impressions drawn from events and activities of typical life in the city. If listeners will allow their imagination to be carried along by the music, they may envision the dark blue of the night, sprinkled with a few faint stars, becoming an ever changing mixture of colors as the Sunrise swells behind the skyline then bursts into the morning sky.
