XY Publication was created by Percussionist and Composers Joshua Albert and Calvin Chiu of DeuX-Y. The percussion duo was created as an outlet for creative composition and classical masterclasses touring Universities across the United States. We noticed a huge lack of "creative" contemporary compositions that were still accessible to all audiences. Composers on our website are encouraged to push the limits of creativity and inspire passion in their music as opposed to churning out more of the same. XY was also designed with young music professionals and undiscovered composers in mind, allowing them to make profits supporting their music and audiences. We offer both Digital and Hard Copy publications, allowing composers to pick and choose what works for them.

Hopefully some of the music on XY inspires you! If you are a composer with a creative Solo, Duo, or Small Ensemble work you want published, send PDF's and MP3(If Applicable) to our team of composers for review. We are constantly on the search for quality work to publish on our website.

XYBlog is a place for musicians of all styles and genres to post their thoughts on the music world and in percussion in general. Blog ideas or complete posts can be applied for on the contact-submit page.
