Program Notes
This lighthearted set of variations on the well-known Westminster Chimes theme also incorporates other familiar, clock-related tunes, including Hickory, Dickory, Dock and Grandfather Clock This quintet calls for a wide variety of common instruments-though the list is long, it should be noted that just one marimba and one vibraphone are required for performance (players share them as needed).[1]
