Description
On August 11 every year there is a procession in Corfu (Greece) in which all music bands are present. Early in the morning they come from all sides and you don't know where to look or listen. More and more people are coming, which can amount to a few thousand who will follow the procession along the route. The city is busier than ever and the sounds come or distract you. During this procession, church bells sound over the city, especially the continuous bells (Eb-F). In the composition, the bells Eb - F are noted in the correct rhythm, as they sound during the procession.
